Your business details, branding and the Google review destination you want customers to reach. Set up your review page in the owner workspace, then share its link or QR code.
Do customers need a Nexosk account?
No Nexosk sign-in is needed to use your customer review page. To publish a review on Google, customers may need to sign in to their own Google account.
Do I need to buy an NFC card?
No. You can share your review-page link or QR code. NFC review cards with QR backup are optional physical tools, purchased separately from your software subscription.
Does Nexosk post reviews for customers?
No. Customers review their own words, choose their rating on Google and submit the review themselves. Writing assistance never replaces their final decision.
Is connecting my Google account required?
No. Connecting a Google Business Profile is optional. Review imports and owner-approved replies depend on the features enabled for your workspace. You can disconnect at any time.
